The hotel was located in a restored factory, which gave it a unique charm. The rooms were cozy and clean, with very comfortable beds, but the small TV was a bit underwhelming. The service was exceptional, with staff addressing our minor concerns promptly and with a high level of hospitality. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the delicious Manchego ratatouille. However, being in an old factory building, the location felt a bit isolated, although it was nicely restored. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and delicious food.
